I just want to know if there are Bureau De Change operators that accept payment in US dollars or British pounds via PayPal. I am a freelancer and I get paid via PayPal . The local PayPal exchangers offer very low rates. Makes it look as if I am working for nothing. I am Looking for a means of getting better value for my efforts. No BDC buys PayPal dollars, they only deal on raw cash.
If they buy electronic currency, who do they sell it to? The demand for raw cash is still higher than electronic currency, that is why the raw dollar would always be higher.
You should be happy that PayPal is higher than CBN rates with western union, you ain't really working for nothing.

I actually need some PayPal funds, that is if your rates are competitive.
