when we talk of land mass the largest is Niger state.

The burden that Lagos attracts far outweighs any benefit from FG.
Lagos can only enjoy if the derivation principle apply to oil is apply to CIT, VAT & WHT.
Almost all Ibo hamlet have a battalion of the kindred in Lagos straining the infrastructure.

Let's put aside your assumption that by SE I was referring only to Imo and Abia. Even if the contribution was 0.2%, how does that amount to nothing significant?
