Everyone now forming humanitarian, I doubt this is a good move for a shoe rack hawker sha. Instead of giving him the money and car, they should have empowered him better.

this is not bad, let's commend him at list its better than the person who spent her own millions on just ordinary hand bad while millions are suffering on the streets.
