Hello gurus in the house, my infinix hot is not charging fast again ō. As at yesterday night it was charging fast, the flash charge was working with the follow come charge, later I tried it with a non-infinix charge, it was charging super slow and when I returned to charge it with the follow come charge it was also charging super slow. I need help please. It's running on lollipop of. Thanks in advance.

Bro.. The problem is not Infinix products but probably your infinix usb cord is faulty.. And if you want to use non infinix charger, you have to buy an original charger like 2k own. Or go to any calcare office around you and get the usb for 500 naira

One thing i know for sure is that Infinix is a listening brand and listens to its customers complaints and feedback. Am sure they are already working on a fix to rectify these issues.

Bro u are wrong , the problem isnt the cable buh the phone itsef, its a charging port problem which so many of hot note users has been complaining abt for some time now, I mysef recently bought one with similar issue, I think there's a problem with some infinix hot note from factory, either the port used isnt standard enough or someone messed with it, that explains why most users after few months of usage experienced similar problem, and this must and must be checked, instead of asking us to come change charging port, pls ensure what or whichever part is used in ur phone are of good quality.

Pls and pls infinix. The complaint abt this is just too much.

It's a charging port problem bro but to be sure, use another original USB chord and if it persist, proceed to change the port

Well I bought another USb and it's working perfectly.. Infact I bought another for my friend having the same issue.

Your phone not charging at all might becharging port or charger.. But your phone not charging as fast as before is definitely the charger/usb

Pls house,my phone(infinix hotnote) is having charging port prob,before now,it can take a whole day before fully charged but now,whenever am charging it,it always shake that I MUST get something to support it which may even take 5mins before it get stabled,it all started this week.My question is,must I get to calcare before I change it or shd I give it to any engineer around me? Same issue here, the port is faulty and needs to be changed, have called carlcare and they said they don't av d charging port, heard some guys at comp village has it and costs 4k to change or so

I'm 90% sure this is a cable problem. Get an original cable and use it with ur follow come charger. If result doesn't get better then change charging port. Fast charging require genuine cable and infinix in order to cut cost supply cheap cable with their devices. I had a similar problem with galaxy s6 when someone manhandled my follow come cable. It stopped fast charging, but then I ordered original anker micro USB cable from konga and Alas, fast charging is back.

I tell I almost got crazy when this happened to me. I even changed to another generic cable and that one was getting too hot. It fast charged for a few days and later stopped. I just close eyes buy 2 original USB cable (N1,500 each) and I'm still enjoying it now.

. Do you know ikorodu very well,if yes?Drop @Haruna bus stop or slot before ikorodu garage,cross to the other side,the micro station is beside first bank,enter and ask for their engineers.I was billed 3k but I priced it to 2k.

Y'all all need to back off from Infinix and their low-end devices.

it is a common fault with the phone. The solution is to change the charging port flex which is the sub-board of the phone. Infinix phones are nice phones. If you want urs fixed, just call me or chat with me on whatsapp on 0. 8. 0. 3. 8. 6. 0. 3. 9. 9. 4...
