when you are watching a korean drama and you actually forget that you are watching people acting out a series of scenes, and it feels like you are a part of their world, that is how to know an amazing drama.


remember was one of those dramas, it took me through different emotions, sometimes I wanted to kill gyu man, sometimes I wanted to hug JW and say everything will be ok, sometimes, I felt like I should advice him to stop exposing all his plans to GM so as to finish him off, sometimes I wanted to hit DH on his head so he can come back to his senses and pick the right side, sometimes I tried to understand all the people GM bought and why they had to sell their conscience, though it was hard. sometimes I laughed so hard, one of such scenes was ep 19 after the chairman made his speech and DH met them on the way, after saying all he had to say he stuck his tongue out like a little boy, that was funny.

I would also say that I wasn't fine with GM suicide end, I wanted a plot where he would beg for death but he won't find it, a plot where he would attempt suicide but he would be saved and isolated more, I didnt like the death sentence life imprisonment more like like it.

JW amnesia or memory loss should have been helped because even though he forgets the past and all the sad memories, he would still forget all the good ones as well, and his condition will only get worse. I dont think it was a happy ending for JW even though all his missions and desires were accomplished.

in all at the end of the drama, I felt like I had just returned from another world entirely and then when I saw pictures of the cast today in a happy selfie, then and only then did I realise that I had been watching a scripted drama all along.

cast for such an amazing experience. BEAUTIFUL DRAMA I MUST SAY

quickly watch oooo, okay don't worry, it should be out on CDs by next month, u'll finally get to watch it as much as u want, be ready to cry very well, lol, and calm ur mind while watching because u'll want to beak things at some scenes..

this drama has pinocchio vibes all over it,will keep your advice tho.

where do I start from, I loved everything about reply 1988, the family dynamics, the friendships felt real, bora and sun woo were actually friends for six years before they met on set. I loved how real the story was nothing was exaggerated, infact I dont know how else to explain how much I loved this drama, I didnt even think the eps were long enough as it was never boring.

the drama is just about the values of family and friendship, and I learnt alot from it. there was a scene were taek lost a match and everyone was saying that it was ok but when his friends came in they teased him about it and they were laughing 10 seconds later like nothing happened.

the pain parents feel when there children are all grown up and on their own, it was all too real and sincere. the cast executed the roles perfectly.

the scene I loved the most was were bora confessed to sun woo, I loved every line in that scene, I loved how that strong high and mighty girl let her guard down.

all I can really say is it is one the series I can never get tired of watching no matter how many times I watch it.

I am sorry I dont have anything negative to say about it maybe because I was focusing on my temporary crush SUN WOO, hahahaha, jokes apart, I LOVED the series so I dont have any complains

Concerning PMY's role, yes she was the prosecutor and a friend but I just didn't feel the spark with her role. I wanted something that could draw me to her character apart from being a helper, it just wasn't there. maybe I'm reading too much into it.

But I will definitely watch descendants of the sun because of my oppa, song joong ki. This would be my ist time following up on a new and upcoming Kdrama. Normally I would allow the drama to be completed ist before watching. I hope the suspense won't kill me. Keeping my fingers crossed

me too, although the trailers look heartbreaking with people getting blown up anyway since we were able to handle remember, I think we can handle it

there will be little difference between these dramas, one will be serious in a very romantic and action way i guess, while the other will be all about fun, opening our teeth while watching, lol, probably the fun will overshadow the serious storyline of the drama..

Thats right..and from wat i See both Will be airing almost the Same time. I have a feeling that It might affect the rating depending on Wat the audience wants.

yes, if the drama does not live up to k.netizens expectations, it will affect the rantings and it will be bad record, despite how much budget and efforts they put in preparing the drama..
that drama is from SBS abi?
i'm looking forward if the rantings are going to be higher than that of remember, lol, remember won the rantings war,
KBS has been having horrible rantings lately..

people tend to only like two or three characters out of the whole cast of moorim school, there is no shipping wars going on as almost everyone is team SW, so I would be right to say there is no fire burning. I am still watching it though and trying to put all the pieces together is fun.

For the record I urge you to try watching SIGNAL if you like detective dramas you would love it. with you heart beating fast not knowing what could go wrong or happen at any minute.

Come back mister VS Descendant of the sun

It's going to be pretty hard to determine which drama is going to take the top spot between Descendants and Come Back. Come Back has an advantage of being the follow up drama to Remember which had lead the ratings for that timeslot. Can Come Back manage to keep the viewers of Remember?

On the other hand, Descendants has the advantage of buzz and hype being the comeback drama of Song Joong Ki, and the whole pre-production thing. Plus the ratings for Merchant- the previous drama- wasn't all that bad.

Then again, with the ending of Merchant and Remember viewers can switch over to Happy Ending which also airs during that time.

Let's just see how it goes. Descendants, hwaiting!!!

you're right, come back ahjussi might have a chance because viewers miss remember, and they're looking for a drama to replace..
descendants might also have high rantings because of song hye kyo and song joong ki, but big names counts for nothing these days, for example Hyde and Jekyll had low rantings despite how popular the male lead is, I really hope descendants wouldn't turn out to be the same, I hope it will replenish the rantings..
