At creation, God initiated a covenant of fruitfulness with man. He said to him

Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Gen 1:28


Immediately those words were uttered, everything man needed to make him fruitful was deposited inside him.
What God said at the beginning is still in force today, and nothing can temper with it. He said to the fishers:

Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the water in the seas... Gen 1:22.

The waters are still being filled with fishes, in spite of all the fishing expeditions going one around the world. It is that same God that commanded man to be fruitful. You are not created to be barren. You are by design a very fruitful being being. No biological reason should be strong enough to keep you from having children if it is your desire, because fruitfulness is your right by creation.
God will not tell you to be what He has not made you to be. Therefore, when He said, “Be fruitful” ,it means, [/b] I have made you fruitful, so go and multiply to the degree you desire.”[b]

@Fvine, concerning the prayers, we pray for the names listed on the said day and commit them all into the hands of God and for God to reduce the names, bless and catapult us all to pregnancy thread. We also set out one day in the week to seek the face of the Lord.

Thanks fumbaby and kaffy4bill my challenge is taking excuse from work to attend general hospital during work hours would rather a place I can go on Saturdays, someone recommended omnia at onikan but I am worried it might be a bit pricey and read some not so great reviews online.was looking at a private hospital I can at close of work or govt hospitals that operate weekends.
