You are wrong, he did the same thing in Abuja by banning playing of cassettes from Mosques from 430am to 630am which causes stress disorder for residents who are woken up too early from their sleeps. He said that ONLY call to prayer should be done from loudspeakers outside mosques which lasts for not more than one minute. Churches were also told not to use loudspeakers placed outside during all night vigils.

People in Abuja appreciated his efforts then which has now been discarded as the Mosques and Churches dont allow people to sleep quietly at night in many parts of the city including the City Center.
