Please,i need a self contain apartment to rent at a reasonable price around ashi,bashorun or u.i area.The place juat has to be close to old bodija in ibadan.The place must be tiled,have running water and neat.If there is no agent involved it would even be better for me.Please treat as urgent as i hv to relocate there before march 1st.

lol! no be only you dey find. self con is quite expensive in the area you mentioned. it goes for 130k-170k. is that price range within what you can afford?

except you want to join forces with someone else and rent a 2 or 3 bedroom flat. that's a cheaper option. the more affordable apartments are farther away from ui area. I heard the places around the polytechnic are very affordable.

uhm,i want a place thats relatively close to old bodija,thats where my new job is located.

i paid 140k total package ,d rent is 110k.Its a studio apartment in agbowo,ui area.
