1) A man who stole the offering from church to help the needy, Orphans etc ?
2) A man who stole bible from church to Read at home ?
3) And a man who stole money and use It As an offering ?

I think all the three are sins.
1) Help people with your money and not other people's money.
2) Taking something that's not yours is a sin irrespective of what the thing is. You can easily borrow d bible.
3) Offerings are ment to be paid with your own money. No need to borrow or steal....

In Abrahamic contexts, Sin is violating God's will. If there are no gods, sin doesn't exist.

All three action are unethical,not a sin. There are things humans and many other intelligent animals know that are not worth doing if you want to live in the context of your community/pack.

obedient is better than sacrifice...thou shall not steal. All you mentioned are sin against the 6th commandment
