This is serious. Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Mr Musa Kimo -was spotted sleeping (or better still closing his eyes) during a security meeting in Omoku town in the State. This picture has gone viral since it was shared on Facebook.

Op you blind? Look well from the look of things, its as if the pics was taken at the same interval his eye was blinking.. I have take such countless time and people thought am sleeping..
