The Problem With Nigeria Is Foreign Religion...how To Solve It Permanently by OmoOsanyin(op): 2:36pm On Feb 28, 2016
As a people, we have totally lost it. We have lost who we are. We have lost our identity. We are frustrated dependents existing under the canopy of false Independence. We do not need Islam, Christianity, we need no foreign, alien religions; for over 100 years now and counting, these religions have shackled us, put us in bondage, enslaved our minds, our thoughts, our reasoning, our social, economic and political lives. Our borrowed, copied and adopted system of government fueled by the adoption of alien constitutions, legislature, judiciary, and the executive. Our education, our schools, our borrowed curriculum, lessons taught and learned molds us into parroting zombies. Today our marriage and family system is adulterated and corrupted by foreign influence and values.
O yes, sadly, as a people we lost it.

We the people, why do we continue to sell our birth rights for a mess of pottage? I laugh sadly.
Since that cursed day the foreigners set foot on our shores and forcefully took us away as slaves, sometimes with cooperation of our greedy disillusioned fore-fathers, and over time, the bible, the quoran waved in our faces, brainwashed and corrupted our psyche; we lost our identity, our values, our essence.

I shiver weepfully, when i hear and see us in lines at a foreign embassy laboring, unforced and volunteering to leave our motherland to that of the foreigner. Loved ones and families left behind for years, sometimes never seen again; some die in the process. And the foreigner even rejects many at the embassy laughing, mocking our pathetic quests.

Most are quick to lay blame on bad leadership and governance, maybe so to an extent, but its only a chip, a symptom. I say with all convinction that no problem ever is solved and overcome without been addressed from the cause, the source.

We the people ask yourself, ask your neighbor, why do we live our daily lives modeled after the ways and lifestyle of the foreigners? They reject ours like a plague. We reject ours like an abomination. No copy can ever be as good as the original no matter how desired.

Our problem is not really leadership and governance. The poison, the anathema is foreign religion. It is the primary tool and weapon used by the foreigners to keep us shackled and we must break it. It is a very potent tool, well disguised and embalmed with falsehood and 'goodness'. Foreign religion is our anathema.

If we discard ALL foreign religions and practise our own God given and ordained traditional religion and culture with our oracles, deities, and gods, with the ultimate praise and worship to God most high, we shall become truly independent and liberated as individuals and as a nation.

1. We will have better leadership as they will swear oath of office on our traditional oracles empowered by checks and balances, of those who do good or may do ill. Corruption, theft, murder, robbery, rape, assault, etc, negative dispositions and behaviors will be drastically curtailed.
2. Our resourses, GDP/ Net will grow and accrue geometrically in little or no time. There will be no need for many existing government offices, institutions, and structures. These will save us a lot of money.
3. An EFCC for instance with multiple arrests and probes without convictions in months. Spent, wasted moneys and resources will be saved. Justice for the guilty will be instant and not a zoo.
4. The structure of the 3 major arms of government with wasteful and wasted resources and luxury at the expense of those governed as we have today will be different, coupled with huge savings realized.
5. Only well meaning people that have the fear, respect and honor of our tradtional religion and culture systems will come out and run for offices and attain positions with good behavior, lest they face the wrath of instant justice.
6. Our societies, our women, our children, our men will be safer and co-exist freer with reduced suspicions and respect each other better.
7. Terrorism as we have it today will become flushed away.

We will then grow and properly annex, utilize and manage our resourses and realized profits as a people, as fellow country men. We will quit been a third-world nation and become truly self-sufficient, truly independent, a powerful world force socially, economically, and politically.

We shall become an envy amongst nations especially the so-called first world nations of americas, europe, asia. We will become so wealthy with surplus, poverty may also become history. A greater nation among great nations.

Yes i have a dream, a realistic, achieveable dream, if only we can, YES, IF ONLY WE CAN JUST DO IT - DISCARD OFF AND CAST AWAY ALL FOREIGN RELIGIONS.

We will then unshackle the chains and bondage. We will then be emancipated and FREE, with progress, joy and safety. Inspite of little conflicts among ourselves as Nigerians that may arise naturally.

Yes, i also have a dream and I hope 'I have made some common sense'.

'Cry The Beloved Country'
God bless Nigeria.

I had this same heated argument my Dad who is pastor two nights ago, I telling him that Africa is suffering from our stupidity of abandoning our identity, our own God's allocated means to reach him to pick up the ways and means as given to other people of other nations. these have left us at a position that is even worse than disadvantaged. Even the GO of most these churches have no solution in sight.

Till we painfully retrace our missed steps, we as a continent shall remain in this very spot.
