Here is a video review of Jovago.om and Hotels.ng websites. It was analysed based on ease of use and overall user experience.

VERDICT: Hotels.ng is better designed, but Jovago.com process is more complete. That is, users can start and complete the order online but as at the time of making this review, Hotels.ng has a bug that prevents users from completing an order online.
Jovago has better customer care. Hotels.ng appears to have a larger database of hotels.

Been checking out both sites as a reference but most have 'pay hotel'

secondly their customer review section needs to be worked on, compared to say tripadvisors
