ur blog need alot of retouches! reduce the number of javascript stucked on ur blog!, u should also try to reduce ur blog load speed or rather change the templates, the arrangements looks a bit good...

1. get a domain
2. get a cutom template or reframe this
3. arrange ur widget uprightly
4. the damn! posts on front page is too much reduce to 7-10
5. do my above principles and see how the magic works out!

Though FLEX MAG is a very nice WP theme but it needs lots of retouch, u can go for Sahifa or News Mag theme which is less complex...
lastly if u wish to continue using this theme make sure u remove some ADD THIS widgets they are too much... almost 6..
