when I was earning100naira. I refused to save. I spent my money recklessly. now my income has dropped to 32 naira and I want life to still be as good as when I was earning 100naira. who is to blame? the blames goes to Jonathan for not diversifying our economy when we earned much for. the blame goes to Jonathan for being a rubber stamp president who watched his cronies steal us blind. the blame goes to Jonathan for squandering our common wealth. the Buhari led FG is doing it's best. read my comments without sentiments and you will realise Buhari is light years ahead of the clueless one in governance!!! |

madenigga:yes Buhari was in charge during the 5yrs of oil boom. Buhari is also responsible for your inability to reason objectively. saying the government of the day is not doing enough is one thing. but blaming Buhari for the failures of the clueless one is just silly |

Op refused to tell it all. The cost of production of a barrel by some company is so high it is hard to make any profit with oil selling at ~$30/barrel. That's no fault of Buhari. |

ND reducing the operational efficiencies of oil companies blowing up oil pipelines and still complain now that they've wrecked the companies? Oil prices plummeted as a result of excessive supply, but some really stupi.d people in Nigeria still go ahead and destroy millions of dollars of infrastructure that provides revenue for the country and jobs for their very same selves in the country and now you complain the oil companies are now so badly battered, they need to lighten their loads by sacking people, including your own brothers. Can you blame them? Meanwhile, you've destroyed your own environment even further and Jonaclueless refused to clean up the oil spills. One day your land will be so polluted, you will have no choice than to go find lands in other parts of Nigeria where you will pay rent and taxes through the nose! You will pay an arm and a leg to reside in a sane and clean environment in the west and north of the country!! |

madenigga:Who took your job away? Is is not just yesterday most folks over there started taking education serious? And since your so called education, what strides have you made? I had 2 IT students who worked under me years ago in Nigeria, both were in RUST and they both told how crappy the school was at that time. Maybe things have changed but running oil platform operations is not a job you get by quota system or I am from this state or that LG. If you so wish to do so, then procure a licence to build, licence technology from the owners, borrow $100 B from the banks and then hire exclusively the people from your state who cannot solve Navier-Stokes equations for open channel flow or ever took a transport phenomena class all their lives and see if you will not turn the entire state into a wasteland with huge explosions and nearly all lives lost! |

madenigga:you last paragraph here is not a statement supposed to be by a person proud of his state..i mean why cant indigenes create jobs for themselves or indigenes set up oil related firms and employ there own people? |

The OP is an IPOB youth. They will never see anything in this present Administration out of hatred that will kill them. Substantiate your claims and mention the names of the companies. It obvious that since the activities of the militants began in 2007, Oil companies in the Niger Delta have been sacking workers while many have stopped operations in Nigeria and relocated back to overseas. E.G: Parker Drilling stopped operations and left the country. |
