This is self explanatory, ur device is network locked. It was probably imported used from overseas and it is locked to a particular network which means any other network would not work on it. U need to take it to a technician to unlock it so other Sim cards can work on it.

The phone is locked to a network & no other sim can function except it is unlocked.It depends where you are located,you can take the phone to any SLOT outlet & have it unlocked.

Probably ur simcard is wrongly inserted try inserting rytly and restart...my Q5 once showed me something like diz

The device is locked as others have said. Most carriers do unlock their devices for free. So, you can contact the person that sent it to you and have him request the unlock code, or as mentioned, go to one of the 3rd party places in Naija that can unlock it.
