I listen to people complain daily how the ruling party, APC, has failed to fulfil their promise of 'Change' to them, that things have gone from good to bad, that people are suffering and the country in a state of coma. These complainants who are mostly people who voted for and anticipated for 'Change' are threatening to send the party packing in 2019 if things don't get better for them. One problem with Nigerians is that they are always quick to accept things without really understanding what they are accepting. To me, 'Change' means a 'Shift from the status quo'. APC promised 'Change' and I see 'Changes' everywhere, what they didn't promise is 'positive' or 'negative' change, and Nigerians forgot to ask them. How can anybody accuse or blackmail APC of not fulfiling its promise of 'Change' when we used to have PDP as the ruling party and today we have APC? Is that not 'Change'? What about the depreciating value of Naira against foreign currencies? Is that not 'Change'? What of the prices of foodstuffs like rice that have risen astronomically? Is that status quo? What about the price of fuel that has gone down by 50k? Is that not 'Change', or is it because people have to queue for days to get it at that price? We are not being fair to APC. The 'fight against corruption' has never been like this. That people like #Tinubu , #Amaechi , etc, are today 'fighting corruption' also is a huge 'Change' that needs to be appreciated and applauded. What about the reduced power supply at higher tarriff? That's a shift from the status quo of improved power supply at very cheap rate that we had; that's 'Change'. What of the promised recruitment of 10, 000 police officer? That's 'Change', even though we are waiting patiently for the commencement of the exercis; I don't know the last time Police embarked on such massive recruitment. What about the reckless increase in tuition fees in APC states like IMO...? Is that not 'Change'? Even the mindless sacking of workers in states like Osun, Imo, Nasarawa, etc, is part of 'Change' that we asked for. If nobody is seeing 'Change' anywhere, what about the media silence now concerning the activities of Boko Haram terrorists? Before now, where two people were milled it would be reported that 100 people were killed and pictures of mutilated bodies of soldiers and civilians would liter the pages of newspapers, but today, it looks like there's no more Boko Haram, even when communities are stil, allegedly, being taken by the terrorists. That's 'Change'. Then the trillions we are making monthly now from REMMITA and TSA, was there anything like that before now? That's 'Change'. The list is endless and we must be ready to live with what we 'voted' for. APC has not failed anybody, those complaining are just being mischievious and unfair to the party. The moment the party won, I knew things would never remain the same again; it's either we get better or worse - That's CHANGE! |

Zombies are the most unstable creature on planet earth. If I dey lie, just follow their line of thought! Example: Buhari: my government will pay unemployed Nigerians 5k every month. Zombies: Sai Baba... change is here.. Nigeria will rise again! Buhari: I never promised to pay unemployed Nigerians 5k each month.. Zombies: No mind those Jonathanians. With their fake news. Show us links where he promised that. We are solidly behind you. Nothing for yam eaters. Buhari: We have started collection of data to enable us pay the unemployed graduates 5k.. Zombies: Where are those TANoids that said Baba is not a promise keeper... shame on all PDP. Baba till 2023! Buhari: I wont pay 5k to unemployed youths. Its not a priority! Zombies: Baba is right! Whats the use of 5k? What can 5k do to anyone. Mr president we love u. Best president ever. I wont be surprised if I wake up tomorrow and hear. Buhari: Unemployed Nigerians should pay 5k every month to the government.. His idiotic zombies will be like. Zombies: Think of what you can do for your country and not what your country can do for you. Baba is right. But I know those unpatriotic wailers wont pay. Abeg no vex o. Is this thing ordinary?
