This judgement would have been swiftly implemented had Obasanjo's and Yara Dua's governments not included in this ruling. I won't be surprised if he goes for just GEJ's administration. This judgement will surely expose Buhari 's hypocrisy, it is a tricky judgement.

What a twisted way to think. I know many desperados will find a way to put Buhari's name in a court judgement that has nothing to do with him. Smh

I think for tranparency, and other purposes, the recoveries should be made public, probably have a website with a counter, indicating recovered monies so far -- it will help shut up our dear WWs too.

Secondly, the 'goats' that returned our 'yams', should get less sentences or punishment, say a fifth or tenth of those that can't or won't cooperate.

I posted the above some weeks ago.
One way or the other, we will get to IBB . . .

This is what this country needs... Obasanjo and Atiku had a golden opportunity to take Nigeria to higer heights but instead, they preferred to race for billions at the expense of me, my mama, poor Nigerians out there and all Blacks around the world.

They both set the precedent for corruption in our fourth republic.

I don't know about you buy I have no respect for these men, I believe we collectively as Nigerians can make them pay for their wickedness.

the liberty to talk falls under freedom of speech and not of information. it's a fundamental right in democracy that no law can take away. check your fact right.
FOI Act only enable you to get information by making a request on a subject matter from the government by invoking the law(FOI).
SERAP made a request to NOI during her days but she refused and challenged it in court so don't try to praise GEJ, it was one of his many undoing. He signed laws he was never ready to implement. Thanks.

The article clearly states that the court ordered the present govt to ensure that "they" ( Buhari's govt), and those of obj, yaradua and Gej account for recovered loots. So why wasnt Buhari's govt included in the headline huh
