I lost my brother to this stupidity he fell down from a moving train last year February I never cry not even a single drop of tears because when they took him to hospital they find 38k on him, he did it because his friend too are doing it

1.most of the pictures posted here are 15-20 years old

2. majority of the crowded scenes are one time in a year occurrence which are due to

a. national level exams for jobs which leads to people from all over the country to journey to a particular place leading to massive traffic
b. political rallies: lakhs of people moving to rallies being held at a particular place leading to over crowding , the authorities are helpless because of political interference.

you could even ask some of the African countries why they opted for Indian railway engines after using Chinese engines?
even Pakistan was asking for Indian engines after the imported Chinese ones broke down.

Nigeria and other African countries should study and learn from others and collaborate with others, and setup their own R & Dev institutions to research new technologies suited for African conditions. in this way you will improve your own railways and be proud of your own achievements and stop making fun of others.
