Amidst the Hike in various things, salary is nof even paid and I wonder how they expect us to live without payment o workers salary even after the said bail-out fund stuff. Starting from here, the last salary paid was the one third balance of 2015 OCTOBER salary. May God sustain us o.

The guy is such a terrible fellow, state civil servants are seriously groaning, but unfortunately for us he's cowed in the union leaders, with the way we're going, I hope we won't end up like osun or even worse.
