The leader of IPOB Nnamdi Kanu has dragged President Buhari to ECOWAS court over violation of human rights.In the case between Biafra leader and Nigeria dated March 3, 2016, Kanu is suing for the violation of his rights and that of his colleagues, as well as that of his supporters. Some of the violations listed by Kanu are his unlawful detention and reported torture, extra-judicial detention and torture, as well as the detention and murder of his followers all over Biafraland. Will he be able to fight against the government he threatened? It could have made sense if he didn't commit treason, but he did and they have solid evidence against him. |
