pls house, i want to ask d experts in d house if there is any mercedes benz make dat is economical in terms of fuel consumption. I really love benz, but d report of it being not being economical in fuel consumption is discouraging me. Thanx. |

I used my friend's 1997 C180 for 3 months in 2014 when he travelled out for a course. I spent less in fuelling this car than I spent on my 2001 camry. The C-class 180-220 are highly economical with regards to fuelling 3 Likes |

kennybabs1980:Note: most newer benzez are more economical than theircounterparts Even the older ones too with all things being equal,I compared the consumption of my W124 v Boot with a mitsibushi galant and alas even though the galant felt so uncomfortable with the seatings and the ride,I bought 1k fuel in D v boot and had some reserve after the journey,ibought 800 in the galant and it was almost empty after same journey |

Yes! The 2.0L Gasoline I4 Twin-scroll Turbo CLA series (CLA 250 and CLA 45 AMG) 26 City 38 Highway. Beat that! A bit pricey @ the moment though.

B class is ok. A class is the most economical but a very light car. Benz is not cheap. 1 Like |

Well I presently drive a 2007 C280 4matic. I was scared to hell when i heard it guzzles fuel but to my amazement it's actually fuel efficient. It takes 1/4 of a tank to ibadan just for you to compare. Actually consumes between 18 to 25 litres in heavy traffic. Trust me, buy a sound benz and you'll never ever regret it! Note it's my first car and I've only been driving it for six months. 4 Likes |
