hello everyone. I was chilling at home when I noticed this shocking thing on my younger brother's leg. I asked him what it was and He said He didn't know that it had been there since 4 months and that he had tried darmatol on it and that it only cleared off some places on his leg but that the scar was still there. I took a close look at it n to me, it seems like eczema. What can we use 2 clear it off pls? Thanks in advance.

Looks like a skin infection / irritation. He should try to apply Funbact-A cream to the spots regularly or better yet see a dermatologist.

I heard that funbact a bleaches the skin. How true is that?

No. No active bleaching agents are in it that I know of.
