Ighalo has proven he is better playing alongside average players where he can be outstanding amongst them, or do you foresee him attaining his great recent great records with arsenal?

I can logically deduce that Ighalo is solely motivated to be sublime by the compulsion and gratification of signing for a top club. Once that is achieved, the Ighalo you knew as hardworking and resolute about the evolution of his football skills might begin to jettison such mindset. thus, inducing playing retrogression.

It is just a conjecture averment anyway, not an affirmative one.

I am not a magician neither a prophet who can predict correctly whether he can maintain his good form when he finally signs for Arsenal or any other Club. However, as a
'positivist' and super fan of our football internationals, I expect him to even do more, when he finally leaves Watford.
Hope he proves me right.

an objective mind will promptly accede that Ighalo, following his recent and current mode of playing is not yet fit to play for top clubs.

we have Iwobi and some Nigerian young lads who are still struggling to attain first team football now, so how do you infer that Ighalo can become an abrupt success at Arsenal?

Sir, Please acquiesce to my scrupulous apology for my passive and indifference behaviour towards the recent sporting activities on this platform.

I have been betide with a plethora of remissions(obligations) ever since I was inducted into Uniben. Maintaining a sublime status here as a 100 level student has to do with maintaining resolute steadfastness in elucubrations and religious fidelity, Thus, abating the quantum of time spent on analysing and deliberating on sporting exercises on net.

Goalkeeper Dele Ajiboye has told AfricanFootball.com he hopes to win a recall to the Super Eagles on the back of his heroic displays since he joined Warri Wolves.


The former FIFA U17 World Cup winner said he believes he will get another chance in Eagles soon considering his performances for ‘The Seasiders’.


"My target is to win the league with Wolves and get another call-up to Eagles,” said the goalkeeper, who was first invited to the Eagles by coach Stephen Keshi in 2013.


"I am not disappointed that I wasn't called for the Egypt games, but my time will surely come.


“I will continue to do my best for my club and that I believe that will get me the call to Eagles at the appropriate time."


Ajiboye has been great in goal for Wolves right from the pre-season Super 4.

Former Fenerbahce boss Ismail Kartal has urged West Ham fans to back Emmanuel Emenike as the forward thrives when he knows fans are behind him.


Kartak stated that Emenike was technically his best striker but that because of the circumstances with the fans the Nigerian striker failed to reach his potential at the Turkish club.


The Fenerbache loanee is yet to score in five English Premier League appearances for the Hammers but bagged a brace in West Ham’s 5-1 win over Blckburn in the sixth round of the FA Cup at Ewood Park.


“Emenike is a player that thrives on confidence, our fans made him lose his confidence and as a result we could not get what we expected from him,” Kartal said of Emenike while speaking on NTV.


“Emenike was clearly our most dangerous player but we could not get the crowd behind him. Had the crowd got behind him I am certain he would have thrived.


“I just wanted him to score a few goals and get the crowd back on side. I knew if he got a few goals the fans would have been behind him again but it just did not work out unfortunately.”


Under Kartal in 2015, Emenike fell out with Fenerbahce fans during the Istanbul derby last season when he missed a great chance early in the first half to put Fenerbahçe ahead and was heckled by the the home supporters afterwards.


The 28-year-old reacted by taking off his shirt and abandoned the game but Kartal and his technical staff stopped him from walking down the tunnel.


He could sign a permanent deal with West Ham for £8.5 million if he makes another six appearances for the club according to reports.

Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Dosu Joseph, believes Watford striker Odion Ighalo needs some time out of the firing line and abreak mentally in order to refresh and ‎regain his scoring form, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.


Ighalo’s drought continued against Leicester City and has now scored one goal in his last ten Premier League outings since the start of the year.


"That's not the sort of form which would see to our top striker in ahead of Super Eagles match against Egypt," Dosu stated.


"But I think it's more of a mental block. He is desperate to score and he's not at the moment. I think he probably needs some time out to get it right."


The Nigerian has started every one of Watford’s league fixtures since being left on the bench on the opening day at Everton and has justified his place in the team scoring 15 goals so far this season.


Ighalo is one of the four strikers called up by interim coach Samson Siasia for the 2017 African Nations Cup qualifying games against Egypt in Kaduna and in Alexandria.

Super Eagles interim coach Samson Siasia has declared that he will be banking on the wealth of experience of the England-based duo of Victor Moses and Mikel Obi to deliver three points against the Pharaohs in a key Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Kaduna.


In an exclusive chat with Completesportsnigeria.com, Siasia hinged his submission on the current form of the duo which has seen them change the fortunes of their respective clubs since the New Year with Chelsea and West Ham moving up to 10th and fifth positions on the Premier League log.


“I am really impressed with Mikel’s attitude towards this important game; he has called in to confirm his readiness for the clash" Siasia told Complete Sports.


“Victor Moses has pledged to return too and this is quite encouraging at a time we need our top players against Egypt.


“Egypt will be coming with their best players and I strongly feel Mikel and Moses’ wealth of experience will come in handy if we are to pick three points against Egypt in Kaduna.


“These two guys are highly experienced and are in top shape right now, I believe they will play a major role if we are to beat Egypt.


“All we need to do is work hard and pray that no injury stops our players now.”


Nigeria need at least four points from the two clashes with Egypt to overtake the Pharaohs in Group G of the qualifiers for the 2017 AFCON slated for Gabon.

Nigeria internationals Rabiu Ibrahim and Kingsley Madu have been named among the best players in Solvakia for the past year.


In a special Instat Scouting Report, Rabiu Ibrahim was chosen among the top midfielders, while compatriot Madu was named one of the star defenders in Slovakia for 2015.


The report described Rabiu as “the classic No 10 with a magical left foot” and “The New Jay-Jay Okocha”.


The 24-year-old midfielder was scored 88% in passing and 79% for his dribbles, but he could do a lot better with his tackling (55%) and shooting (56%).


In the year under review, he scored three goals and provided an assist in 22 appearances for his club Trencin.


The suggestion is that he should now retest himself in a bigger league in Europe after failed stints in Holland and Scotland.


Leftback Madu was scored 83% for passes, 68% dribbles and 58% for tackles.


Last year, the 20-year-old defender played 20 matches during which he netted a goal and made three assists.


“He’s a quick defender, who is capable of delivering decisive passes and loves to join the attack. He also works hard in training,” remarked Trencin official Andrej Zacik.


He has been linked with several top clubs in Europe including Tottenham Hotspur, PSV and Ajax Amsterdam.


His contract at Trencin ends on December 31, 2016.

It didn't stop at that, he still scored 14 more good goals in the EPL. SO TO ME THE STATS ARE GOOD FOR HIM TO GO.

Yes! He proved himself in the midst of average players that are daunted to play to his style football because they percept that he is a prime considerate when it comes to converting their chances.

In arsenal, the players are purported of not paying strict adherence the instructions of the coach!

You have a 'superb' player like Alexi Sanchez who is not very concerned about trying to get the ball to the striker to score. players like this are ranked as 'fabulous' and they what to maintain that fabulous status by scoring goals at the expense of passing the ball to the prime striker to score. At the end of the game, the prime strikers gets little or no chances to score. but as a prime striker in Watford, all other players plays to your favour because the have nothing to prove, unlike in arsenal were virtually every attacking player wants to score goals in other to prove himself, thereby, forebearing the prime striker as the main source of goals.

I watched Ighalo against Chelsea. it took him the latter phase of the game for him to be able to convert a chance amongst other copious chances he recorded against Chelsea, supposing he was playing for Arsenal at that time, I assume he would have been promptly substituted following his failure to convert formal chances.

Please, try to fathom my view. Arsenal's style of play may not be suitable for Ighalo.
