There are thousand and 1 things tht can make your car consume fuel. The lists are too long. But to nal the culptit run a scan. A scan would tell you whats going on

So...how many kilometres do you get from a full tank? Damn! You don't even state your engine size, and whether your car is manual or automatic. As it stands now, I can't say if your gas mileage is abnormal or not.[/color]

I also have a golf 3 that is having a high fuel milage. my consumes 23l/130km. i change the engine from a 2.0 dohc fuel injection engine to a 1.8 carburrated engine.
