the 44k is ur training allowance nt salary......6 months probation with a salary of 1m nd 10thousand which would be up to 2m after confirmation.

new staff has grade.....experience hire wont earn same as graduate trainee.....

i share ur sentiments buh ve been doing some thinkn myself..... 3months for training +6months probation narrows the whole tyn down to 9 months... plus woo says u can get something else if nt beta before the 3months runs out. as for the guarantor ish.....u can make use of 2 instead of 1
