Just a question since you have refused to show us the pictures of the said land. Is there any development already going on on the land or its just a bare land with bush everywhere? Or one can buy and start development instantly.

When you hear 300k land, are u expecting it to be Jericho or oluyole already developed area huh

even if I ask them to get me pictures of the whole Ibadan some will still ask for another thing as if they won't use their eyes to see it before purchasing even if I satisfy them 100% with their demands cheesy

I remember months ago when I saw an advert here on this section, I made just few enquiry from the seller and the rest was history. I live miles away but my mum was there to check it within 3 days of enquiry and that shows I am serious and ready to buy. But we have seen different lands without pictures and people who need it will still call and buy if they want to and vice versa. I promised to get pictures and I did.

This is property we are talking about and they don't force or beg people to buy

if it's something you want from your mind and have the power to buy fine and good.

Absolutely does and even if he offers me his land for free at this point I thank God that I'm in a position where I won't take it. You see I judge business transactions on how things will be resolved when, not if, things go wrong. If I'm already being insulted and lambasted for asking for information before I even buy, I can only imagine what will happen after purchase when I need assistance on some documents.
