First bank , Gtb is worse big capacity but less employees.


I went to gtbank today to open a student account the staff that attended to me surprisedly told me i should go make a business ID card in any of the road side CAFE. Saying it is preferable to my federal university ID card.

that ID card cost 1500 naira, and it couldnt open a student's savings account??

Efcc should leave polithiefcians for now and start probing banks.

bro, do this thing for me- tomorrow, find out the exact amount they pay their staff as salary. Divide it by 30, whatever is the result, make a triumphant entry into that bank early pai pai, and claim your day's wage.

No empathy for customers!

ECOBANK has a trend of poor customer service right from when it was OCEANIC BANK. STANBIC seem to be a recent development.

GTB maintain moderate customer service where U see senior executives upstairs gesticulate to Tellers to be fast & May come down to assist in reducing queue.

I swear nah first bank..Gtb still better they want to encourage online banking

That's surely STANBIC IBTC, that bank ehn. Last time I was there, had to queue for like one and half hour when we ain't even more than twenty customers on the queue!

Mehn, UBA is the worse bank in terms of customer service. The staff will just be taking their time not minding that you sneaked out of office to make a transaction. I have met some really nasty staff of UBA

* There was a day I went into a branch of UBA in Abuja with less than 10 people in front of me but spent over one hour (with serious vexing) before being attended to;

* I have removed all my money from there, except the N1,000 they said I could not withdraw. They have refused to let the account go dormant after many years (I did not update my KYC, no BVN, no ATM etc.) - but still get monthly statements via SMS! Na by force?
