To you people, any statement from the president must be subjected to nonsense meaning.
You don't know that the president have more information about everything going on in the country.
You people have been missing good information from the sit of power . Now that we have a president who says it as it is, it becomes problems with you people.

You guys should be reasonable for once. Under which Government is MTN operating? You have a President that is bold enough by slamming a huge amount on MTN and could boldly tell South African President MTN's offence. Buhari should be commended and Jonathan should apologies for his carelessness.
Are you okay? ? how does Jonathan come in here??

Alot if Nigerian are truly blind and this is the main reason they will keep deceiving gullible people like you to vote them back in.

MTN’s reluctance to register SIM cards caused 10,000 lives – Buhari
»»http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/03/mtns-reluctance-to-register-sim-cards-caused-10000-lives-buhari/

Buhari is indefatigable in his effort to providing infinite controversial thesis to Wailers to wail on to the extent that Zombies are tired and intricated of vindicating him.
Like someone rightly said: “Buhari's govt is an opposition to itself”.

Its so unfortunate that Buhari's handlers have failed to manage him, especially in the areas of public speeches.

Do you share the same brain with buhari?

So you confirmed that boko haram uses only mtn Sim.

-Buhari was not the one who fined mtn. The policy was on before buhari became president. Besides other providers defaulted too and paid their fine.

- passing the bulk to mtn is the usual character of buhari of which you subscribe to. Unfortunately so.

-Bringing Jonathan to it shows a great deal of intellectual hollowness.

- you and those liking your post should stop being silly.

Are you playing silly or are you just outrightly stupid and bereft of reasoning? What kind of stupid animals are occupying Nigeria for christsake? Ha! Nigeria is really in a doldrum with your likes.
How can people not understand the importance of sim registration and it's implication for security? Why are Nigerians this stupid?
There is need for recolonisation, people like you need to be exchanged for mirrors or sardine!
Nigeria is on a long thing with people like you.

Thanks...

But dyu want to tell me that the boko dudes account for the 5.1million unregistered sims? Were they using MTN sims? And who says you can't be tracked with or without sim reg?

Thanks, once again, for ur pile of insults. grin

“And between 2009 and today, at least 10,000 Nigerians were killed by Boko Haram. That was why NCC asked MTN, Glo and the rest of them to register GSM.
Unfortunately, MTN was very, very slow and contributed to the casualties”.
Mr. Presidiot, register sim or gsm?

lets try to be rational, unregistered sims will only but aid easy communication between terrorists. he is not trying to put the blame on telecommunication companies. everybody has a role to play.
Re: MTN Fueled Boko Haram Insurgency - President Buhari by Nobody: 9:20am On Mar 09, 2016
Tell your president to stop making mockery of himself.
If a company violates your laws that is responsible for the GENOCIDE of 10,000 of your citizens, they should CLOSE SHOP and not just be fined.
...and the blame game continues
Re: MTN Fueled Boko Haram Insurgency - President Buhari by okambaba: 9:21am On Mar 09, 2016
I think this statement is uncalled for, how can the President just place the blame solely on MTN's feet. Where are the facts to back up these allegations, you can't just say things because you have issues with a company.

MTN misbehaved and even they know it and have been fined and must pay a fine, but now accusing them of this, haba...

Banks should prepare because the blame might come to them next, afterall these terrorists are funded somehow. The list of those to blame will continue to rise, I wonder if that solves the problem that needs to be faced.
Re: MTN Fueled Boko Haram Insurgency - President Buhari by george3132001(m): 9:28am On Mar 09, 2016
For some time now money have been disappearing from my account for no reason. I sure they are going to exploit mtn subscribers to pay this fine.
