walahi its Unity Bank. Why? They always lack network, their staff will pretend by doing that^ in the name of network rectification. Besides no one will know coz I doubt there's any Unity Bank customer on NL.

Aso bank. A micro finance bank that NYSC opened for us in Orhuonmwon local govt, Edo state during my NYSC days. That bank ehn....no customer buh poor

I don't know how they do it but no matter the location of a branch of first bank you must see this almost throughout the week

LMAO!!! I concur. I have nightmares when I have to go and pay my water bill at Bariga first bank. OMG!!! The queue is always depressing. But the first bank branch at Gbagada is the best first bank I have seen in the whole of Lagos. I don't know how they do it there, but they handle large crowd swiftly, and they have a great customer care service too.

Seriously it's UBA filled with women. I don't know why women dominate that bank up to 90%!

they have the worst customer support service, I could remember how a lady was maltreated by their head of operations after her problem couldn't be resolved by their CSO. The head of operations was not professional in handling the situation. I had similar issue too that day but I simply withdrew all my funds from that bank because I don't want stress. although my account is not yet dormant hoping they will work on their service delivery.

UBA of course! Been to more that 15 UBA branches within and outside Lagos, they are all the same!

GTB is my bank.customer service is pretty good..omg gtbank is one of the best bank here in Nigeria.. I love gtb.
