Statistics is so false. There is no way one quarter of cars in the whole of Nigeria are in Lagos. I stand to be corrected.

I doubt this figure, I am sure the FRSC personnel did not take into consideration that most cars that came in through Lagos and headed to other part of the country are registered in Lagos to aid easy assess to final destination.

In as much as Lagos State is the state with the highest population ( save for census that puts Kano first ) it is also possible to host the highest of vehicle per states but 1/4th is questionable.


I for one knows a lot of people that lived in other part of the country that registered that cars in Lagos before moving it to their bases.

there are four cars in my house.. 3 of them are registered in lagos.. frsc is wrong

That is why special status should be given to Lagos to ensure that other modes of transportation e.g rail and water are functioning so as to decongest the roads.

Somebody hold una before? "Special status" = demanding for more national cake. When will each state see itself as self-contained and generating income to contribute to the national purse rather than an excuse to take from? Ehn?! Lagos is what it is because of 1861 - 1991, no reason else: the people there are just like any other Nigerians (incapable)
