The verse never stated "THE LORD'S HALF", but the children of Israel's half. So half of 16,000 was given to the levites which would be 8000. The verse is clear enough!

@underlined, nothing points to that direction. The levites got 8000 virgins with other booties, which was half of the children of Israel. Concerning what they used the virgins for, that's laughable. Are you trying to say the virgins was collected just to stare at?

Child marriages are full in the bible, we in fact debated it last year.

Lol. Hadith is the sayings attributed to the prophet of Islam(SAW). It is not a protected and guaranteed book. We never said it is.

Here, we talking about Quran. We say Quran is God's perfect Holy Book. It is the first and primary source of guidance in Islam

You also said Bible is word of God and Bible is primary source in Christendom. But then, you have plenty of contradicting Gospels but we have one Quran. See what i am talking about?. So we are competing primary source of guidance from both religions. We are not talking about other sources for now.

Quran is the only guarantee Book in the world. Can you boost of this with Bible?

The 70 scholars that produced the King James Version (KJV), did a great job. But the KJV isn't the first translation from Hebrew. The Septuagint, is a Greek translation of the Old Testament, produced 300 years before Christ, in which Joshua son of Nun was rendered as Jesus. That's how the name Jesus dominated Greek civilizations of Europe, & thus worldwide.
All translations MUST refer to existing Scriptures, & there were many. And the PURPOSE of translators is always to make the contexts understandable to its generation. KJV is still the best.
Besides, there's always the Hebrew Scriptures to compare with.
