He has started and completed the destruction of the NAIRA.

Started and completed the global tour and won the most coveted trophy of junketeer in-chief

And most importantly shot Nnamdi Kanu to global reckoning.

all capital projects of this current government for 2016 are encapsulated in the budget...the budget hasn't been passed, so how do you expect the government to execute projects? hope it isn't this kind of brain you wailers are using to job search.
