The Court of Appeal Lagos Division yesterday dismissed Ibinabo's appeal challenging a judgement that sentenced her to five years in prison for the death of Dr. Giwa Suraj. She had bursted into tears when that happened.

Her lawyer, Nnaemeka Amaechina, says they will challenge the dismissal at the Supreme Court adding that a Notice of Appeal had been filed already. Ibinabo wants everyone to pray with her.

5yrs is quite long

Her career will automatically come to an end.

Well,it can be very painful but the law has to take its course.put yourself in the shoes of the deceased family..your people'l definitely do same..sorry abt your plight but let justice prevail!!
