As much as I sympathise with the parents, whoever was in charge of the boy was VERY careless. I see this happen often. While child would be in company of an adult, they would leave him behind while in front. Just few days ago, I was calling a girl to remind her that a child was with her and why would she leave him behind a few meters away just because she wants to buy something at 5 shops away from where the boy stood. She said I should leave him. Right there where the childstood were so many Northerners and some scary faces. Wetin concern me, after all, the parents handed their kid to the said who is likely a relative or a house help. I just bought what I wanted and went back. People never learn and will keep making these mistakes.

This is Lagos where during my childhood days, manhood loses was the in thing back then and despite my adult years, memories of those days has never left me. If you call me to help you, before you leave, I ALWAYS check if my D1ck is still in tact. It's that bad.
