Of what benefit is the hospital's existence if it will take a lay person (the niece) to recognize a dire emergency and acted accordingly and the so called health workers were busy doing god-knows-what.

If there was a doctor there his/her licence should be confiscated for life because he is a killer. He should have gone out of his way to save the lives of those twins. Every patient deserves 24 hours of free service in emergency situations.... Do we still have a conscience?

Health system is even worse in USA and people lament about hospital bills...even the HMOs are now seen for the money-grabbing folks they're. I dunno how i can explain better to you but that's how it is in most parts of the world.

You must be out of your mind comparing the US health care system to this primitive savagery I just watched. It's true if you don't have health insurance you will not get the best treatment, but no US hospital will reject anybody presented at the ER whether you have money or insurance or not. The John Q story is not even remotely close to this case, that was someone that was in the hospital already but needed a transplant.

Every pregnant woman in USA with no income gets automatic Medicaid insurance which is free covering all maternity care for mother then newborn baby until they are five years old

Till then we must make do with what we have until the government ate held accountable and made responsible but instead of doing that you'll prefer to transfer your aggression to the poor doctor...that's d attributes of a weakling!

It isn't a lie. That's a simple God's Word for you in a situation like this. You can go and ask someone else knowledgeable in God's Word. It's like saying if something similar should happen to a kid in other religion the child would make heaven. This is beyond the child being innocent and without sin. Seeds of righteousness reproduces righteousness and seeds of unrighteousness reproduces unrighteousness ...until the child is old enough to make his/her own decision: living in unrighteousness or choosing righteousness.

What happened to village midwives that used to deliver in the villages, they are better than that little girl.

The doctor or hospital that denied this woman care should be held responsible, someone should be jailed for that woman and her kids death.

I do not think d doctor shld b blamed in dis case, rather, d hospital (owner) shld b held responsible... Imagin d doctor helping d patient out of pity & incurring debt 4 d hospital by not following laid down rules or protocol of collection "down payment"... Mind u, if d patient is unable 2 pay, she remains in d hospital, incurring more debt
