People should stop mistaking impotency for being sterile. Impotency is the inability to keep the deek up and going, an impotent man can actually make a woman pregnant. Maximum satisfaction is the "main thing" that isn't guaranteed.

That doesn't mean an impotent man can't be sterile (at the same time) but they aren't entirely synonymous.
