The Piece I meant is the size of leave that can fill your fist tied together... Just like broom and 1piece is N100, that is, the 25 pieces are N2,500. I will try and post a picture.

It depends on the spacing you used in planting. If they re planted closely, it will consume more. I didn't use any particular length for spacing cos i planted some very close n gave some enough space n I used up to 14rubbers n secondly you know the measurement of an acre varies base on ur location. Some people said d normal spacing is 1-1.5metres.

Have you planted yet? If No, its not too late to plant only that you have to use irrigation.

I started with 3 rubbers/buckets and it covered almost a space of 40ft by 100ft using a spacing of 1meter and 1meter+

Get to your ugu seeds, ugu seedlings and ugu pods from agricanay tropical global resources at cheaper price. Like wise ur hybrid Cucumber seeds, watermelon seeds, cabbage seeds, lettuce seeds, sweet pepper , hot pepper,hybrid tomatoes seeds, all vegetables seeds.

I will like to connect to fellow ugu farmers in the north. i have being having problems with my ugu in the cold seasons resulting to lack of growth despite frequent watering and a persistent infection from certain pests that refused to leave despite use of different pesticides. the last time I was desperate and have to use an overdose of DDforce which killed all my ugu. I now planted another set and this season the pest have manifested again. i require earnest contributions please...

Go to any local Day market(I.e Eke, Afo and the like) , where women bring fresh farm harvests. You can buy a big pod full of seeds from farm women. Depends on which side of Anambra you are in. If Awka, visit Nibo markets on there market days. If you are in a village, just ask around your neighbourhood, someone probably has a pod to sell

All you need is proximity to water supply.

you'll need to water morning/evening for it to do well.

you can grow vegetable all year round.

Yes... It's good, provided it's properly wet and soaked without flooding. flooding or too much water will kill your crops, hence you need to regulate the water to avoid flooding. Hope it helps.

Yes Ttalk, but make sure it is regulated so that it will not be flooded with water.

pls if i plant ugwu seed what is d life span of the plant. i am aware it will take about 6 weeks to grow and harvest every 2-4 weeks but when will d life span of d plant nd such that i will need to clear off the field and plant new seeds.
