This is one of the reasons South Africans don't like Nigerians!
In SA, there is a high rate of unskilled/semi skilled unemployment. So I don't know why the people you talk about don't get maids from the pool of unemployed in SA. If you come to SA to work as a maid or as any unskilled labourer, you are probably coming illegally. You can't get a work visa in SA for these kinds of employment, you can't have a bank account if you don't have a good visa. Please don't come for this reason, don't add to our already bad image in SA. SA need skilled workers not maids and domestic staff!

I doubt if Home Affairs has a record of your over stay. If you use the same passport, it will be noticed especially if this is the only visa on the passport. My advise is that you get another passport and apply for a new visa. Ensure your documents are in tact and you will get your visa in days. Please do not overstay this time as the punishment now is a ban for a year
Thanks bro, do you mean getting to renew the passport or another passport entirely? What's the probability of getting entirely new passport?
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by Js22621: 12:15am On Mar 16, 2016
Keneking:
My friend, I suggest you avoid SA until this passport expires.

+ even if you apply for student visa the Nigerian office would detect this.

+ you are creating big troubles for everyone in the system and yourself.

+ even if secure student visa in Nigeria, the entry point in J'Bourg would detect and you would have lost all your expenses.

+ you can process admission elsewhere in south eg Botswana, Namibia and the rest but avoid SA.
Thanks for the advice, if I have to wait till the passport expires, will my previous travelling record on old passport not reflect on the new passport?

Well I would advise you not to renew since its expiring in August and you intend traveling naw, actually I don't really know how soon because you said your passport wasn't stamped overstay.
But would advise you submit in Abuja....
Thanks for the advice bro

Una weldone here o, please to submit docs for study visa at the embassy does one have to arrange the docs in a particular order? Does it make sense to print statement of account a day to submission? Also I plan to make a bulk deposit of like one million before printing. It is from my cooperative at work. Do you think it will not raise suspicions?

@Staggerlee.

I got into SA yesterday late in the night. I flew Rwandair. We had two stopovers at Kigali and Lusaka. The journey was smooth but tiiring. Rwandair tried. From take off and after every stopover, we were served meals. I even had wine on plane..lol.

Immigration was smooth at Joburg. No mention of bta, only days I would stay.

I decided to stay at Sunnyside. A nice place.

Right now, it's raining which made the weather cold.

Nigeria is lagging behind due to corruption. We still have a long way to go.

SA is beautiful. Things work here. Everything orderly.

85% of SA women are bootilicious...beautiful women. The men are just there sa..like gbonga fish.

Now, time to go out for fun.

Hello, sorry I'm just seeing this now. I've been busy exploring beautiful South Africa. Lol.
I bought my ticket for 113k through Aeroland Travels Nigeria Ltd, Ikeja. The journey was very smooth and I like the services of the airline. They have nice and new planes. You can use wakanow.com as well.

@Staggerlee, I passed Midrand yesterday on my way to Joburg. I visited Mandela statue at Nelson Mandela Square. Wow! It was magnificent experience for me. Like a dream come true. My next call is Newtown Cultural Precinct and SAB world of beer. Then I'm outa here back to naija this weekend. It's nice here but still no place like home....as for me.

I wonder why people come on holidays to SA and stop in Jozi or Gauteng. Boss you have not seen the beauty of SA through Gauteng. You need to have gone to cape town or PE. Jozi is for hustlers. The photo you took is Midrand Gautrain Station.
Why do people have to go to Rwanda or Kenya before going to SA. Just buy SAA and get to SA fast. Am going to Naija in a few weeks I bought my SAA ticket at R7900, I really dont see the difference in price compared to the inconvenience of going through Rwanda

I'v been in cape town for a month now. If u like women, SA is surely a death zone. If u say d ladies are booticious, it is completely an understatement. These ladies have evrytn a guy can die for in a woman! Honestly, iv not started my research - I'm still observing. I pray for God's grace here despite my wife being with me. Thank God, she too can't hide her feelings. Evrytime, both of us call our attentions to these 'heavy duties'. God help me
Lol. The slang for them ladies are 'Idi yen na ni'. God really bless them ladies with that thing. Lol.

Stagg. I didn't want to fly direct. I wanted to have a feel of other countries. It's good to see how the world looks like.
Yeah, next time I'm flying direct to SA but I would have a connecting flight to Cape town. Cape Town is my next visit. Many interesting tourist sites to visit. Boss, we must meet o..

Have seen a Nigerian Lecturer failing Masters degree just because of SA women. He was kicked out of school. I think there are more bootlicious babes in Gauteng compared to the Western Cape.
Lol. Think of Souty women think of temptation.
