Yes... it's too good to be free, and it's actually free. My team members will send the résumés to the owners, but some will be passworded and I am still asking the WHY and they said because good folks here have actually appreciated them with some Thousands.

So, it would be nice for the others who have given. Anyway, It's going to be fine.

They have decided to release the first three (3) entries tonight for free, because we work by first come, first serve basis.

FIVE DON'TS ON YOUR RÉSUMÉ

Having gone through different résumés for more than 5 years now, I have discovered that people can never be called for an interview. Its not all about your qualifications or experience, it's all about how you place and post them.

THE FIVE DONTS ON YOUR RÉSUMÉ

1) Do not use personal objective, rather use career objective
2) Do not use different fonts and sizes
3) Do not use more than two colours in your résumés, that is if you are printing it out in color format
4) Don't make all your fonts go unnoticed. You have to make the sub-header go bold
5) Do not remove your personal information or data in your résumé

Bros to be honest with you, I thought like this too until I saw what this guy did on my c.v. Just give him a trial and give him the benefit of doubt. 1k isn't too much for what you want.
