I need help on the type of phone to get.. I want to get an Android with my price range being 25-30k..

Well before the dollar ish... Tecno c8, infinix hot note were within that range and they are good phones IMO, you should check those out.

Do check out camon c5 or L5, sells below 20k but got great specs.

C8 is now about 35 to 38k.
