I want to move out of Lagos next month, and I am looking for the state with the cheapest rent/ accommodation. I can do what I do from any part of Nigeria, location doesn't matter. Thanks in advance.

Are you serious? Please can you tell me which area exactly? I mean, is it Dugbe...ringroad...etc? And what will be the total price after paying commission and agreement and all that. Thanks in anticipation.

Seconded. Ibadan doesn't just have cheap accommodation but also has a relatively cheap way of life. Transport. And food there are so affordable.

Used to frequent there sometime back cos I had friends there. Although the city is not as refined as Lagos, but life there is fairly ok.
