The matter should be well investigated but never vouch for children of nowadays, i have seen cases where the students ganged up to lie against a teacher because he diciplines them for late coming and other acts of indicipline, when all the other parents believed their children one probed her daughter deeply and told her not to lie, the girl cried and confessed that they hated the teacher because he is no nonsense kind of person and decided that if they lied that he attempted to sexually assault them he will be chased out and they shall be free.

I went to one of those Jamb lessons that were the ish then and he was a teacher there. lemme first say that he actually is a good teacher but also the biggest pervert ever. There were stories that in the previous year, he actually showed the entire class his "member". while I never saw it, I believed it then. Once in another class, he asked for a volunteer for him to teach us how to appropriately massage the boobs. someone volunteered. I don't remember her name but I know she eventually went to Unilag. She went to the front of the class and he groped her in the presence of at least 100 people. I have a personal story but nothing actually happened but this says something about him. we used to call him Mr. Seni. he used to refer to himself as Olaseni. Long story but your daughter is right. pull her out. take her to Lagoon School or Methodist Girls or even Our Lady of apostles and be sure to let them know you're in an urgent situation. He has physically abused her and now he is mentally abusing her. She's a kid. They never get over these things.

From my observation of society, whenever a rape/sexual assault issue is brought up, the guy is immediately taken to be guilty.

The person who is first to report a matter is always deemed innocent until the second party counters. I am not here to defend the man, but at least lets give him the benefit of doubt else we are no better than people who set someone ablaze when we hear screams of "theif theif"

1. The man had said he doesn't stay in the school, contrary to what was reported, and if he doesn't stay in the school what were the chances of him seeing the girl at late hours?

2. According to the report he was drunk, the man says he doesn't drink.

3. Even more interesting is the fact that he doesn't teach junior secondary.

The question now is, why then would a kid lie against him or accuse him of sexual assault. What is her motive or gain? Did she actually say she was sexually assaulted or that the mom is misinterpreting things? Isn't that why we have police and courts?

Your No. 3 is questionable because integrated science is a junior secondary subject

A teacher is suspected of molesting girls in school and parents are busy sending ANONYMOUS letters to blogs??What happened to we the parents??When we are supposed to invite policemen to the school to arrest the culprit and any body shielding him for fast forwarded but fair investigation.I hope he has been suspended pending the outcome of investigations.
