pls I need some help as to how to opt out of this airtel 'big family' plan or whatever plan it is draining my airtime at an alarming rate.
You see I fell for one of their promos where they said u browse cheat at 1 kb / k and get 160 mb free. I opted in and got a 'welcome to big family' sms then they stared drain my credit right quick but I never saw any 160 mb.
pls how can I get out this hole? I've lost almost 1k since yesterday. they womnt even allow me annex money to buy data ... they suck d money right out like d witch in my village suck people's luck.

Tell them to opt u out today or you will stop recharging
