Food poisoning does not mean he was poisoned like some people here are inferring. He just ate something that doesn't agree with his system

When the average Nigerian hears "food poisoning" he'll start Imagining that cliché Nollywood scene: A woman brings out a small nylon from her bra. She removes white substance inside and sprinkles it around the rice and then she mixes it properly.

Food Poisoning is an illness caused by bacteria or other toxins in food, typically with vomiting and diarrhoea.
