This is a done deal between PMB and Saraki.

PMB and APC had no other option than to withdraw the case so that the 2016 budget also will be pass because without this agreement PDP would have gain more power.

Saraki i hope supporting PMB in declaring state of emergency in PHC and Ekiti is not part of the agreement?

If you had half a brain you would be able to deduce that an innocent judge won't recuse himself unless there is a genuine conflict of interest that would implicate him. But looks like I am asking way too much of your intellect.
