look at metuh's case its obvious its witch hunt. someone gave u money to persecute a project and the giver was arrested for stolen money, what is required here is for the receiver to prove that he didn't know the money he took was stolen and agree to return it when he likes. remember the giver we are talking of hear is the NSA chief not just an ordinary rich man.
