So I went to Dubai with family last week and used the Fidelity mastercard and to my suprise I was charged 95 naira to 1 Dirham. Even when the exchnge rate is suppose to be 55.6 Naira to 1 dirhams.

They're more like Western union or moneygram for sending money into NIgeria and some other countries, but their rate is a bit better than those two.

No can only withdraw Payoneer fund with Payoneer plastic card via ATM, if you're in US good for you as you will withdraw in dollars but in Nigeria, you withdraw the Naira equivalent in CBN official rate ₦199 to a dollar. Better options contact me let me buy it from you at good rate

What I do now any third party that want to pay to my account I ask dem to use self or write my name. It becoming too much for them.
