Meanwhile in my first application, I was denied for

2.job perspective
Other reason: the available fund has not be demonstrated satisfactorily.

This second time just looks like I didn't even cater for any loophole of the first application.
My sponsor's account balance is equivalence of 9m in naira with a very good cash flow and I have about 1m as balance. I added my fixed deposit account to and my monthly fixed savings. Which wasn't even part of the first application. I added future employment letter, letter of Introduction from my employer and even affidavit of return to close their mouth completely. All backed with prayer and fasting, night vigil upon night vigil

Wetin I fit do?

Sorry friend I think you should just order for your GCMS file to know what's up, I feel your pain

Further investigations should be done to get the solution to the problem. Probably cities like Ontario, Manitoba are full or something.

Purpose of visit wasn't ticked in my previous refusal as well... And the annoying part is that the second application they ticked Current employment situation, personal asset and financial situation which wasn't part of the first application.

Then about the job prospect, what do you suggest, the course I chose is economic (bachelor of art and social science Dalhousie university) what do you suggest?

its up to you to covince the VO of the relevance of the program in nigeria( a well written SOP) pray he reads it

i thouhght u submitted a personal SOA of 1M.....did you submit the source of funds? any employmet letter and payslips?

I am not sure they read my sop and my sponsor's courier or else, I am not sure they could have refused my application

thats why a gcms is the pointer.
with the gcms you will know which docs he or she saw and which he ddint. you will also know the exact reasos behind ur refusal....

my own was black and white when I submitted and most of the people there at vfs that day too was black and white, but I don't know if they collect colored sha.
