Two points dropped no questions. Our qualification is now at utmost risk. We have to get a result in Egypt. We were better all through. They rarely threatened us except with salah who gave the naija left full back a hiding. The goal the Egyptians scored was such a pity. It was only minutes left, and then they forgot all about fair play and sportsmanship. They should have given us the ball back after the throw in, their quick unsportsmanlike play caught our defence off guard. The referee saved us in the end. Salah was through on goal when he blew the whistle for game over, the Egyptians were outraged barely believing their ears. Till Cairo then. Hope we are luckier.

i think they played well. My major annoyance is with the joker of a commentator that ran the commentary for the match (NTA/AIT broadcast)

It seems people usually forget that even if we had won the game and lose in Egypt, it is back to square 1. Even Egypt won't start celebrating so early cos in football, its nt over until it is over. I pray the best team qualifies.

Siasia was substituting players even when they were still doing very well. Ahmed Musa was substituted immediately after he forced a save from the Egyptian keeper.

I watched it here in Dubai and d Egyptians were saying Egypt were luck to get a draw and that goal was pure offside.To me Eagles had a decent game.Hope for better outing in Cairo.
