I just did a little check on all the past threads on masters energy and I noticed a common trend of nobody ever getting the Job, or atleast nobody saying he/she got the Job on the thread. Could it be that their tests are just formalities?

the plants......some of the plants are suppose to hv started, unless there was delays. While others will start later.
